Where are you located?
On the beautiful west coast of Canada
Where do you ship?
At the moment, anywhere in Canada. We intend to expand to worldwide within the next year
Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes, we do, and we are very good at it! We also offer branding of products. Please contact us at info@bellebox.ca to discuss your requirements.
Can I change a ready to go box?
The products cannot be changed as they are all lovingly pre-made, however, the sentiment/card can be. Send us a message after you have placed an order and we will work with you to find a suitable card from our selection.
What if an item I ordered is out of stock?
Occasionally, an item ordered will become out of stock, if we have sold a significant number of that product before we have a chance to update the website. If this happens and you have placed an order, we will replace the item with a similar or better product.
DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
How much is delivery?
All shipping is included. We only ship to Canadian address at the moment. if you require an international order, please get in touch and we will give you a shipping estimate. E-mail us at info@bellebox.ca
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes – please select at checkout. There will be an additional charge, sorry!
Can I get a refund for my order?
